We're looking for an awesome Merchant Success Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you'll be the go-to expert for our merchants, helping them navigate the world of subscriptions and get the most out of Skio.
What you'll do:
- Build strong relationships: You'll be the trusted advisor for your merchants, building solid connections and becoming their Skio champion.
- Strategic guidance: You'll help merchants develop killer subscription strategies, offering expert advice and sharing industry best practices.
- Product adoption: You'll make sure merchants are using Skio to its full potential, driving product adoption and maximizing their ROI.
- Problem solver: You'll be a master at troubleshooting, digging deep to understand issues and finding the perfect solutions for your merchants alongside our brilliant Support team.
- Skio expert: You learn and know Skio technically inside and out as part of this role, guiding merchants through the platform and helping them leverage the entire Shopify ecosystem.
- Cross-functional collaboration: You'll work closely with our internal teams (support, engineering, product) to advocate for your merchants and make sure their voices are heard.
- Big-picture thinker: You'll have a solid grasp of e-commerce best practices and the overall landscape, helping merchants see how everything fits together.
- Embrace change: You'll thrive in a fast-paced environment, navigating complexity and adapting to ever-evolving expectations.
- Travel opportunities: Represent Skio at Shopify events and partner meetings, building relationships with our Merchants in person and spreading the Skio love.
What you'll bring to the table:
- Years of experience in ecommerce: You will be required to have some years of experience in ecommerce either in having your own ecommerce store, working in the ecommerce ecosystem, or as an ecommerce merchant
- Customer-centric mindset: You're obsessed with helping merchants succeed and always put their needs first.
- Strong communication skills: You can clearly explain complex concepts, have tough conversations when needed, and build rapport with all levels of stakeholders.
- Technical aptitude: You're comfortable with technology and eager to learn the ins and outs of Skio and Shopify.
- Growth mindset: You're always looking for ways to improve, both personally and professionally.
- Passion for e-commerce: You're genuinely excited about the world of online business and understand the challenges and opportunities that come with it.
- You are physically located in London, UK
Bonus points if you have:
- A passion for building your own online Shopify store or helping friends with theirs
- Experience in customer success or similar role (a nice to have)
- Experience in subscriptions
- Experience as a merchant/user of Skio (show us your Skio!)
