Art Director

Sleed, an e-business & digital marketing agency with more than 10 years of field experience and a strategic partner of Google & Meta, evolves further into featuring a fully-fledged 360 Integrated Agency and is looking for a dynamic junior Art Director to join our multi-awarded team and contribute to our success.

The Art Director will collaborate with our creative group to develop ideas that can stretch across multiple ATL and digital channels, contribute to digital communication, and make ideas happen in social media and innovative platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Concept Development: Collaborates with copywriters and creative teams to brainstorm and produce compelling, innovative ideas
• Design Execution: Transforms creative concepts into visually striking and polished designs, ensuring high aesthetic and functional quality across all deliverables
• Team Collaboration: Engages in cross-functional teamwork, providing guidance and creative input while fostering a dynamic and productive creative environment
• Client Presentations: Effectively communicates design concepts and creative strategies to clients, articulating the rationale behind visual decisions to gain alignment and approval
• Production Oversight: Ensuring that final assets maintain design integrity, meet specifications, and adhere to brand standards
• Multi-Platform Adaptation: Designs and adapts campaign visuals for various media formats, from traditional advertising to digital and social media

• Be a Sleeder: Show Ownership, Think Creatively, Focus on Result, Stay Humble, Be a Giver, Be Positive
• Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication or Fine Arts
• 4-5 years of relevant working experience as an Art Director within an agency environment
• Hands on experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator)
• Communication and presentation skills
• Teamwork spirit
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
• Fluency in Greek and English
