  1. Corporate Secretary: Automating the company incorporation, secretarial, filing, Nominee Director, mailroom and immigration processes via custom online robots and SleekSign.  We are the market leaders in Singapore with ~5% market share of all new business incorporations
  2. Accounting & Bookkeeping: Redefining what it means to do Accounting, Bookkeeping, Tax and Payroll thanks to our proprietary SleekBooks ledger, AI tools and exceptional customer service
  3. FinTech payments: Overcoming a key challenge for Entrepreneurs by offering digital banking services to new businesses

Sleek launched in 2017 and now has around 15,000 customers across our offices in Singapore, Hong Kong, Australia and the UK.  We have around 450 staff with an intact startup mindset.

Mission:

The Operations Analyst will act as a proactive driver of Sleek’s FinTech operations, ensuring smooth product management, operational excellence, and continuous improvement of the Sleek Business Account (SBA). By combining strong operational insight with independent problem-solving and a focus on customer-centricity, the Operations Analyst will help build a best-in-class financial service experience.

Outcomes:

    1. Operate independently with minimal supervision, managing assigned tasks and projects effectively across FinTech operations.
    2. Document and track product requirements, customer feedback, defects, and project actions; maintain internal project management tools (e.g., RAID logs).
    3. Own and deliver accurate weekly reporting on customer onboarding, transactions, revenues, and monthly active users (MAUs).
    4. Identify operational issues and product defects, propose viable solutions, and coordinate timely resolution with relevant stakeholders.
    5. Support transactional reconciliation activities, ensuring accuracy and consistency between banking data and Sleek’s internal records.
    6. Gradually take ownership of increasingly complex operational and project management tasks to drive continuous improvement across the Sleek Business Account.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Banking, Finance, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Banking, Financial Services, FinTech, or Consulting.
  • Knowledge of B2B payments, the FinTech industry, or financial operations is a strong advantage.
  • Prior experience in a client-facing role.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships internally and externally.
  • Strong team player who collaborates effectively and proactively contributes to team success.
  • Hands-on experience in financial operations, including payments, reconciliation, and data analysis.
  • Exposure to project management or Agile environments, including experience with requirements documentation and sprint cadences.
  • Highly detail-oriented, with the ability to quickly analyze large datasets using Excel or Google Sheets and present findings clearly.

About the Interview Process

  1. Introductory Call & Career Overview: A 30-minute video call with a member of our HR team to discuss your application, explore your career background, and understand your expectations for the role.
  2. Hiring Manager Interview: A 45-minute conversation with the Hiring Manager to assess your technical skills, experience, and alignment with the position.
  3. Stakeholder Interview: A meeting with a member of the Operations team to evaluate your project management experience and ability to collaborate effectively with teams.
  4. Behavioural Fit Assessment: A 30-minute discussion with a member of HR or the leadership team to explore your cultural fit and behavioural alignment with the company values.
  5. Reference Checks & O&A Session: We will conduct brief reference checks via phone or video with the references you provide, followed by an opportunity to meet with our COO for a final discussion.
