SMB Team is a dynamic and innovative law firm growth company specializing in digital marketing, coaching, and operational solutions for law firms. We are growing rapidly. As part of our rapid expansion, we’re seeking a highly skilled Funnel Builder to enhance our marketing initiatives.

Position Overview: The Funnel Builder will play a critical role in designing, implementing, and optimizing landing pages and sales funnels that directly contribute to the success of our marketing campaigns. This role requires technical expertise, creative problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage projects from start to finish. You will collaborate with various teams to ensure seamless execution, integration of automation tools, and delivery of high-performing funnels.

The salary for this role is $65,000-$70,000 annually.

Responsibilities:

      • Landing Page and Funnel Creation:
        • Design and build high-converting landing pages and sales funnels using tools like ClickFunnels, WebFlow, or Shopify-compatible builders.
        • Collaborate with the design team to ensure visually appealing and brand-aligned pages.
      • Automation and Integration:
        • Implement and connect automation tools for seamless lead tracking and nurturing.
        • Integrate funnels with CRMs, email marketing platforms, and ad tools as needed.
      • Project Management:
        • Develop detailed project plans to guide the timeline and deliverables of each funnel.
        • Track progress, address bottlenecks, and ensure timely completion of all tasks.
      • Optimization and Reporting:
        • Continuously A/B test funnels to maximize conversion rates.
        • Monitor performance metrics and prepare reports on funnel effectiveness.
      • Collaboration:
        • Work with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and development, to align funnel goals with broader campaigns.
        • Serve as the primary point of contact for funnel-related projects.
    • 3+ years of experience in funnel building, digital marketing, or a related field.
    • Must have experience building funnels with a proven track record of successful projects.
    • Demonstrable experience with tools like ClickFunnels, WebFlow, or Shopify-compatible page builders.
    • Strong project management skills and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
    • Proficiency in integrating marketing automation tools (e.g., Zapier, HubSpot, Mailchimp).
    • A keen eye for design and usability, with familiarity in working alongside designers.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
    • Self-starter who takes initiative and requires minimal supervision.
    • Team player who thrives in collaborative environments.
    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred.

Marketing Services: We offer a full suite of marketing services to our clients, including PPC, SEO, Website Design, Video, and Social Media management. Our goal is to scale our services business to over $15M in revenue in 2023.

Coaching Services: We have a rapidly-growing, Philadelphia-based coaching program for lawyers. In our first year, we built our coaching business into a multi-seven-figure business. Our program has been identified as the most comprehensive coaching program for attorneys, and we plan to double the size of our clients in the next year.
