Senior Influencer Performance Marketing Manager - Amsterdam

We’re now expanding our influencer marketing team and are looking for a Senior Influencer Performance Marketing Manager based in Amsterdam to be responsible for the Benelux region! Most of our campaigns are performance-based, with a strong focus on ROI, so we’re looking for someone who is driven by results and comfortable in a performance-oriented environment.

Your responsibilities at snuggs

• Lead and manage partnerships with our current influencers in Benelux region, ensuring seamless and effective collaborations
• Actively search for and reach out to new influencers who align with our brand values, expanding our influencer network in Benelux markets
• Strategically plan influencer campaigns, taking full responsibility for setting objectives, delivering results, and conducting post-campaign evaluations
• Define, track, and analyse KPIs for influencer campaigns. Regularly report on campaign performance and optimise strategies based on data insights
• Cultivate strong, long-term relationships with influencers to create a loyal network of brand advocates
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends on social media in Benelux markets, leveraging insights to inform campaign strategies and influencer selection

What we are looking for

• This is primarily a sales-focused role, so you should be resilient, results-driven, and comfortable working with data
• Native-level proficiency in Dutch (C2) and fluency in English
• You’re adaptable, embrace new ideas, and demonstrate a strong sense of responsibility in all aspects of your work
• You consistently go the extra mile, aiming for top-tier results and setting high standards in your work
• You seek growth and development, always looking for opportunities to expand your knowledge and skills
