You’ll be the connector between vision and execution — overseeing strategy, driving lead generation, managing agency partners, and bringing our premium proposition to life across every channel.

What You’ll Own

💡 Strategy & Leadership

• Craft and execute a high-impact, data-driven marketing strategy that drives leads, builds brand authority, and aligns with commercial goals.
• Position us as the go-to name in whiskey investment — globally.

🤝 Agency & Partner Management

• Manage and motivate a network of expert agencies (lead gen, SEO, paid media, content, PR) to deliver results and stay on-message.
• Drive collaboration and accountability to get the most out of every partnership.

📝 Content & Campaigns

• Oversee the creation of best-in-class marketing assets — from email funnels to brochures, blogs, and beyond.
• Ensure every piece of content reflects our premium positioning and moves prospects down the funnel.

📬 Email Marketing

• Own the email marketing strategy, including nurture journeys, product updates, and investor newsletters.
• Optimise for engagement, open rates, and, most importantly, conversion.

📈 Performance & ROI

• Set ambitious KPIs, monitor campaign performance, and report directly to leadership.
• Use insights to continuously refine and improve.

🛡️ Brand Guardianship

• Champion the Whiskey & Wealth Club brand across all touchpoints.
• Maintain consistency in voice, look, and feel — always high-end, always distinctive.

🤝 Collaboration Across Teams

• Partner closely with Sales, Client Services, and Operations to align marketing with the full customer journey — from first click to lifelong client.

About You

• 7+ years in senior marketing roles — ideally within premium/luxury goods, financial services, or high-ticket investments.
• Proven ability to lead agencies and internal teams while juggling multiple priorities.
• Deep knowledge of digital channels — SEO, PPC, email, social — and how they fuel growth.
• A natural storyteller with outstanding copy skills and an instinct for what resonates with an affluent, discerning audience.
• Commercially sharp and data-literate — you love a good dashboard, but you never lose sight of the brand.
• A hands-on leader: equally comfortable with strategy, performance metrics, and rolling up your sleeves when needed.
