Senior Performance Marketing Manager - Google Ads

Your responsibilities at snuggs:

• Take full ownership of the Google Ads, YouTube, Amazon, and broader channels to drive growth and achieve business objectives.
• Develop and implement performance marketing strategies across search, display, video, and e-commerce platforms.
• Optimize campaigns for diverse markets, including DACH, BENELUX, CEE, and the UK, tailoring approaches to regional specifics.
• Manage budgets, bidding strategies, and KPIs, ensuring effective allocation for maximum ROI.
• Build efficient workflows and collaborate with creative teams to produce compelling ad creatives and platform-specific messaging.
• Stay hands-on with campaign management while implementing automation and scalable processes to enhance efficiency.
• Conduct detailed keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience segmentation to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities.

• Proven experience in performance marketing, specifically on Google Ads, YouTube, Amazon, and PPC platforms (5+ years preferred).
• Expertise in search, display, video, and e-commerce advertising strategies and tools.
• Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to optimize campaigns for ROI and growth.
• Hands-on experience with automation tools and scalable campaign management processes.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
• Passion for data-driven decision-making and staying ahead of digital marketing trends.
• Knowledge of regional market dynamics across DACH, BENELUX, CEE, and the UK is a plus.
