We are seeking an experienced Sales and Marketing Manager to lead our efforts in driving revenue growth and increasing brand awareness. This is a key role where you’ll bring your expertise in sales and marketing to help grow our rapidly expanding agency.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting and networking.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts to potential and existing clients.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs consistently.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery for new clients.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions using CRM tools.
  

Marketing:

• Develop and execute marketing campaigns aligned with business objectives and target audiences.
• Create and manage content for digital platforms, including websites, newsletters, and social media.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor strategies.
• Plan and manage promotional events, webinars, and trade shows.
• Analyse campaign performance and provide actionable insights to improve future efforts.
• Collaborate with designers, content creators, and external vendors to ensure consistent branding.
  

Experience and Skills:

• Proven experience in a sales, marketing, or combined role (5+ years preferred).
• Strong understanding of sales and marketing principles, tools, and best practices.
• Proficient in CRM software and marketing tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Creative problem-solving abilities and strong organisational skills.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
