Back Office (FnB) Support Specialist, SOFTONE Sunsoft

SOFTONE Sunsoft is looking for a Back Office (FnB) Support Specialist to join our high caliber team.

Your contribution to the success of the team

• Installation and technical support on client premises
• Support via Remote Desktop
• Telephone customer support

Your Qualifications & Competencies

• Graduate of the Business or Accounting Department
• Good knowledge of operating systems, Office software package
• Knowledge of business and accounting applications is essential
• Driver's license
• Responsibility and reliability
• Communication skills
• Proficiency in English

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of Windows Server, SQL Server

• 2 years of experience in catering establishments
• Software installation and Wi-Fi network setup
• PC hardware assembly
