SoLa Impact, a successful opportunity zone private equity fund, is seeking a Construction Accountant. The Construction Accountant assists Project Managers, General Contractors, and Superintendents in coordinating the successful completion of ground-up construction projects. The Construction Accountant plays a pivotal role in managing financial processes within construction projects. This position is responsible for ensuring that projects are executed on schedule and within budget, while maintaining compliance with industry standards and financial regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of construction contracts, particularly AIA formats, and possess advanced analytical skills to facilitate effective communication and decision-making among stakeholders.
**SALARY: $85,000-$100,000 per year**
