IFS is looking for a Part Time Payroll Support Specialist. This 20 hour per week role will support the Payroll Specialist in North America. Qualified candidates must have a strong understanding of payroll procedures, impeccable organizational skills, and the ability to maintain confidentiality in handling sensitive information. We are looking for someone who will thrive in a collaborative team environment, possess the capacity to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines, 

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Support the US payroll specialist with the semi-monthly payrolls
• Support in maintaining accurate payroll records and files, including employee information, tax forms, and other documentation
• Check non-exempt personnel timesheets for accuracy and approvals
• Using IFS system, import expense reimbursements
• Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll matters promptly and professionally
• Assist with payroll-related projects and initiatives as needed
• Support Conduct year-end preparations and auditing
• Handle Employment Verifications and E-Verify cases

• Previous experience providing payroll support is required.
• Understanding of payroll principles, including payments, deductions, and employer costs.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize work, and meet deadlines effectively
• Outstanding organizational ability with great attention to detail
• Trustworthy with a strong commitment to confidentiality
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Enjoyment of working in a fast-paced global environment
