Duration:

• Cohort 1 - Monday, May 26 - Thursday, August 21 (11-12 wk)

• Cohort 2 - Monday, June 23 - Thursday, September 18 (12 wk)

Location: The Beehive, 961 E. 61st Street, Los Angeles, CA 90001
Compensation: $20-$24 per hour
Schedule: 10:30 AM - 3:30 PM (Flexible hours available!)

🔧 What You’ll Be Doing (Your Role in Action)

• 💼 Assist with talent acquisition efforts, including job postings, resume screening, and interview coordination
• 📝 Help manage the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a seamless employee experience
• 📚 Support the HR team in maintaining accurate employee records and documentation
• 💡 Contribute to employee engagement initiatives, including team events and culture-building activities
• 👩‍💻 Research and recommend best practices for diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) strategies
• 🏆 Assist with HR compliance and policy updates
• 💬 Collaborate with the team to enhance employer branding and recruitment marketing
• 🌟 Gain exposure to various HR functions, including performance management, training, and benefits administration

🎓 What We’re Looking For (The Ideal Intern)

• Currently enrolled in a Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related degree program
• 💻 Proficient in Microsoft Office (experience with HR software is a plus!)
• 💬 Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• 🎉 Passion for recruiting, employee engagement, and HR best practices
• 🌟 A team player with a positive attitude and a proactive mindset
• 🔒 Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
