About the Role


The Head of Impact Entrepreneurship & Mentorship will lead the entrepreneurship education and mentorship program at SOLFL’s Middle School. This role is designed for a visionary leader passionate about guiding students through hands-on, real-life mentorship experiences that align with their individual superpowers. This program pairs students with industry experts, allowing them to build mission-driven businesses, creative projects, and solutions that serve others and move the world forward.


The ideal candidate will design and oversee the mentorship experience, ensuring that each student receives a personalized journey of growth, self-reflection, and impact. They will be responsible for sourcing top-tier mentors, structuring meaningful mentorship check-ins, and fostering a dynamic entrepreneurship curriculum that prioritizes leadership, creativity, and service. They will also lead the Student Jobs program in the Elementary School to help students learn key leadership skills and communal responsibility.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the Entrepreneurship Education Program: Develop and implement SOLFL’s mission-driven entrepreneurship curriculum, guiding students to turn passions into real-world ventures and projects that create meaningful change.
  • Curate & Oversee Personalized Mentorships: Identify, recruit, and match world-class mentors from various industries to support students' creative and entrepreneurial pursuits.
  • Design the Mentorship Journey: Structure the mentorship experience for the school year, ensuring that mentorships are tailored to each student’s strengths and aspirations.
  • Ensure Impact & Growth: Conduct weekly mentorship check-ins to guide both mentors and students in maximizing the learning experience and fostering personal development. 
  • Inspire & Cultivate Student Superpowers: Encourage students to reflect on their skills, passions, and values, guiding them in creating projects with real-world impact.
  • Facilitate Hands-On Learning Experiences: Connect students to real-life workshops, internships, and entrepreneurial challenges that expand their learning beyond the classroom.
  • Develop a Network of Industry Experts: Build and maintain strong partnerships with professionals and entrepreneurs who can serve as role models and guides for SOLFL students.
  • Support Capstone & Passion Projects: Work closely with students to refine and develop their ideas into sustainable, impactful ventures.


Ideal Background
  • Background in entrepreneurship, education, business development, or mentorship programs.
  • Experience designing and leading experiential learning, project-based learning, or mentorship initiatives.
  • Passion for guiding young innovators and helping students develop confidence, creativity, and leadership.
  • Strong networking skills and ability to source industry professionals for mentorships.
  • Experience in business development, social impact, or startup incubation is a plus.
  • Ability to connect with students on a personal level and foster a culture of reflection, purpose, and impact.
