About the Role


SOLFL is seeking a Chief Operating Officer (COO) to serve as the Integrator, translating the founder’s vision into reality by overseeing the day-to-day operations, team management, and strategic implementation of SOLFL. This role requires a masterful leader, a strategic operator, and a high-EQ communicator—a supermanager who ensures that our organization thrives as a dynamic, adaptive, and evolving conscious learning community.


The COO will be responsible for:

Managing and leading the SOLFL team, ensuring alignment and accountability.

Implementing strategic initiatives, ensuring SOLFL’s mission is executed at the highest level.

Operationalizing SOLFL’s core values, ensuring that every aspect of our work reflects our commitment to spiritual intelligence, deep connection, and purpose-driven learning.

Serving as the key bridge between the Visionary & Founder and the team, ensuring clarity, execution, and impact.


This role does not require an educator, but experience in educational leadership, entrepreneurial ventures, or dynamic mission-driven organizations is a huge advantage.


Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership & Organizational Management: Oversee and align the SOLFL team around clear goals, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and deep purpose.
  • Operational Execution: Ensure smooth day-to-day operations, refining systems, structures, and workflows to support SOLFL’s mission and vision.
  • Strategic Implementation & Scaling: Lead the execution of SOLFL’s key initiatives, ensuring our growth, sustainability, and long-term impact.
  • Quality Control & Alignment: Continuously assess and refine SOLFL’s programs, systems, and student experiences, ensuring they uphold the highest standards.
  • Vision Integration & Communication: Serve as the primary translator of the vision, ensuring clarity, alignment, and execution across all levels of the organization.
  • Culture & Values Stewardship: Ensure SOLFL’s core values of spiritual intelligence, conscious learning, and interconnectedness are embedded in the organization’s culture and daily operations.
  • High-Level Stakeholder Communication: Be a powerful storyteller and communicator, representing SOLFL’s mission to staff, parents, partners, and the broader community.
