Compensation (Hourly):

Pay is $20.00 per hour

The Sales Admin Assistant position has a Pay Scale consisting of the following elements and ranges.  Wages include Base Hourly Compensation of $20.00.  

Schedule:

• FULL TIME
• 5x days a week/2 days off
• Weekend availability required

The Sales Administrative Assistant support the needs to the Sales operations of the dealership as well as greet customers and provide guest services in the showroom

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Move and park vehicles in the dealership premises and to maintain flow of traffic.
• Print tags for new and used vehicles in the lot.
• Keep the dealership lot, driveways, and sidewalks clean, organized, and presentable.
• Provide excellent customer service when interacting with customers and directing them to the appropriate personnel.
• Support sales and service departments with various tasks as required (i.e., Replenish vehicle fluids and minor vehicle assistance tasks)
• Other duties as assigned.

This role will mostly support variable operations in the showroom and will not do any typical office administrative duties.

Required:

• All applicants must be authorized to work in the USA.
• Valid driver's license and good driving record.
• All applicants must be able to demonstrate ability to pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, drug test, and valid driver license.
