- Maintain and update Facebook and website Events calendars; monitor activity on platforms like Google My Business, Yelp, and Bing Places
- Track performance metrics, generate reports, and make data-informed content and engagement strategy adjustments
- Stay on top of platform updates, algorithm changes, and emerging digital trends

Content Creation & Graphic Design

- Design promotional graphics, email campaigns, event signage, and marketing materials using Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or similar tools
- Ensure all visuals meet brand standards for color, typography, and style
- Collaborate with the Ops and Events teams on campaigns, mood boards, renderings, and layouts
- Photograph and film dealership events and daily activity for digital use

Digital Marketing & Online Presence

- Maintain and update website content, events calendars, and dealership info across all 5 locations with internal and external team support.
- Create and send email blasts aligned with current events, promotions, and dealership initiatives
- Monitor and maintain accuracy across Google, Yelp, Foursquare, Bing, and other digital listings
- Coordinate with Sonic Corporate Marketing on paid digital promotions (Google Ads, etc.)

Events & In-Person Support

- Assist in planning, promoting, and executing dealership events, weekly promotions, and large-scale annual experiences like the Sturgis Rally.
- Monitor in-store signage and customer-facing visuals to ensure a premium brand experience

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, design, communications, or a related field preferred
- 3–5 years of experience in social media marketing and/or graphic design (powersports, automotive, or retail industry a plus)
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and Figma
