IT Support Intern

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to and resolve daily IT support tickets, providing timely technical assistance to employees
• Configure and set up computers and other hardware for new hires for onboarding
• Coordinate device collection, data archiving, and account deactivation for offboarding
• Collaborate with People Operations, Security, and Workplace teams to support joint projects, security compliance, and internal initiatives

Experience and Background:

• Basic knowledge of hardware setup and IT fundamentals (MACOS experience preferred)
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Team-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate across departments
• Proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn new skills

Internship applications must be submitted by April 4th, 2025. 

The summer internship program will be 10 weeks from June 2nd, 2025 - August 8th, 2025 (these dates are not flexible). This is a full-time internship and will be hybrid based out of our Berlin office. In-person attendance will be expected 2-3 times a week.
