About the role
This is a hybrid role based out of Salt Lake City, UT. Once office space is secured, employees will be expected to be in office Tuesday through Thursday.
We are seeking an energetic and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team. As an SDR, you'll play a pivotal role in identifying potential business opportunities and setting up meetings with key decision-makers to drive the growth of Sourgum. Your primary focus will be on prospecting and cold calling businesses to setup meetings with decision makers and a Sourgum Account Executive to secure their waste and recycling service contracts. We want aggressive go-getters who are smart enough to see every "no" as an invitation to finding the next "yes". This job is ideal for someone who thrives in a high pressure environment, enjoys interacting with people and taking on challenges. This position puts you on a trajectory to be promoted to an Account Executive.
