Correct spelling and grammatical errors and adhere to in-house style guide.
Edit and write digital content, including, but not limited to social media posts and captions and website content.
Fact-check digital content; address and resolve potentially libelous content with editor and author.
Conduct final reads on social media posts.
Communicate regularly with content authors by phone and email.
Ensure content authors comply with publishing procedures and submit support materials and paperwork.
Assure illustrations and photos are correctly captioned and referenced in text and headlines and that content adheres to search engine optimization (SEO) best practices.
Monitor wire coverage and review social media posts.
Perform other duties as required or assigned which are reasonably within the scope of the duties in this job classification.

This is an exempt role and the minimum starting salary is $73,832 annually. Salary will be commensurate with experience.
