SSI is seeking a Space Systems Test Engineer to support our customer in Chantilly, VA. The Space Systems Test Engineer will support the Space Development Agency's (SDA) mission.
Responsibilities include:
· Collaborate with the Capability Leads (Tranche level) and Capability Test Teams (Enterprise level) to develop the test plans, and procedures and coordinate all logistics for executing tests related to the capabilities (multiple capabilities may be tested in one test).
· Provide systems engineering guidance in the development of test and evaluation plans, system verification plans, and other systems engineering processes and documents.
· Oversees development of the detailed testing approach in accordance with Enterprise strategy.
· Develop test plans, procedures, and approvals.
· Coordinates test execution and serves as Test Director for all events.
