About the Role:

As we continue to grow, we are searching for a new Quality Assurance Specialist to join the Quality Assurance team in our Spanish business unit. This person will collaborate closely with the Technical Product Management department and work directly with Software Developers. What you'll do:

• Assure the quality of the products within an agile development environment
• Contribute to continuous improvement of the platform and become an expert on the products
• Participate through the whole product life cycle, from specification to deployment
• Prepare and execute test plans and test cases for new features and products

• Follow-up and analyze reported troubleshoot issues, collaborating with our internal support teams, proposing effective solutions, and overseeing their implementation to enhance the platform's functionality and performance.

What we’re looking for:

• University degree in Engineering, Informatics, Computer Science, Mathematics or similar technical qualification
• Experience in Quality Assurance or in a similar role is a plus

• Interest in manual testing and in providing technical support

• Curious, focused, and detailed approach to problem solving with a technically affine mindset
• Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions
• Strong communication skills both written and verbal 
• Knowledge of Excel, Jira, Confluence, databases and programming are a plus
• A team player, succeed-together mentality 
• Eager to work in a lively multicultural team where people are passionate about technology and learning
• Fluency in Spanish would be preferred, and strong English skills
• Living in Madrid, with the possibility to work from the office in a hybrid model
