Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager to lead the Spire Weather and Climate Sales Team. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth by managing a high-performing sales team, closing key deals, and providing actionable insights through metric reporting to senior management. This role requires a strategic leader with deep expertise in sales processes, B2B SaaS (Software as a Service) and DaaS (Data as a Service) sales, and a strong understanding of weather and climate solutions. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a proven track record of exceeding sales targets while fostering team success.

The anticipated base salary range for this position is listed below. Final base salary for this role will be based on the location, skills, experience and qualifications. In addition to base compensation, this role is eligible for commissions and annual equity awards. This role is also eligible for our employee benefits program, including vacation, sick, and personal time off; optional medical, dental, vision, life, and disability coverage; a 401(K) plan; health and wellness reimbursement program; and participation in Spire’s Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
