OVERVIEW
This position is dedicated to cultivating a positive and engaging employee experience throughout the employment journey. Working across departments, this specialist will help implement strategies that strengthen SVG's company culture and connection. Responsibilities include managing surveys and recognition programs, supporting social impact initiatives, creating internal and external content, overseeing SVG's content calendar, and assisting with engagement platform management.
