We are looking for an exceptional individual to build and lead our Client Solutions (Professional Services) team’s Center of Excellence (CoE), to empower our teams, partners, and clients with the knowledge, processes, and tools to implement and train on our solutions effectively. With executive sponsorship and cross-functional alignment, the Center of Excellence will become a cornerstone of our implementation excellence strategy.
This role entails driving capabilities building and development for our Implementation Specialists (IS), Solution Architects (SA), and Project Management (PM) roles, including Team Leads (TL). Note that these roles are managed on a day to day basis by our Client Solutions’ Project Portfolios, outside of the CoE.
Under the CoE, this person will lead our Project Management Office (PMO), and our Training and Enablement for employees, clients, and partners.
This position offers an exciting opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams, lead and manage high-impact and high visibility (ELT and Board level) projects, and contribute to the overall success of our software solutions and clients. This leader will play a key role in driving strategic and transformative initiatives across Client Solutions and SpryPoint that help our team to scale effectively and efficiently while delivering remarkable client experiences and exceptional performance and results.
