As part of this dynamic inspection team, you'll be deployed through SQA’s operations center, ensuring quality standards are met based on client needs and supplier production schedules.
What You’ll Do:
As the Human Resource Program Coordinator, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the success of the inspection program by managing a wide range of administrative functions related to human resource management, employee development, and customer service. Based on-site at the supplier’s location, you’ll serve as the key liaison between SQA’s inspectors and the client/supplier stakeholders, helping to streamline the inspection team’s management.
You will be the go-to person for any HR-related issues or challenges that arise within the inspection team. Whether it’s questions, conflicts, attendance concerns, or ideas for improvement, you will handle these matters proactively, preventing the client from being overwhelmed with the day-to-day issues faced by contract employees. Your leadership will help resolve disputes, ensure proper attendance, and maintain smooth operations throughout the shift.
To succeed in this role, you must be a strong, empathetic leader, capable of motivating the team and addressing issues efficiently. You should be quick to find solutions, maintain a high level of professionalism, and have the ability to manage a diverse set of concerns from the team and supplier contacts alike.
