Lead Generation Executive

1.Identify potential customers, reaching out to them through cold calls.

2.Utilize scripts to present our services to possible customers and ask questions to learn what their needs are.

3.Inform the customer of how our services can best address those needs.

4.Maintain an updated customer database, including names, phone numbers, and addresses.

5.Direct calls to other departments as needed.

6.Keep a detailed record of all calls.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.
  • Fluent in English and Arabic, both written and spoken.
  • Previous experience in lead generation, telemarketing, or sales preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Strong analytical skills with a results-driven attitude.
