Agentic AI Productivity Startup: Senior/Staff Full-Stack Engineer

- Build an intuitive and graceful platform experience for our cloning platform.
- Create features for experts teaching their digital clones and consumers interacting with these clones daily.

- Collaborate with our CEO, CTO, and core team to build our vision, define our culture, and grow our team.
- Experience:
- 7+ years in software development.
- Expertise in React and NextJS.
- Proven experience in high-growth early-stage companies.
- Experience in developing and shipping consumer-facing AI-native experiences.
- Technical Skills:
- Strong product sense and UX/UI design skills.
- Understanding of multitenancy, caching, web/mobile compatibility, responsive design, CSS preprocessors, cross-browser testing and debugging, web performance optimization, RESTful API integration, version control systems, and familiarity with CI/CD pipelines.
- Bonus: Experience with AR/VR, building complex data input and workflows.

Compensation is salary + meaningful equity in an early stage venture backed startup commensurate with level of experience.
