Day-to-Day Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Sending emails and making calls
• Providing customer service and texting
• Managing calendars and follow-ups
• Conducting outreach activities
• Designing high-quality digital mockups
• Utilizing CRM management tools
• Working with platforms such as Fiverr, Illustrator, Shopify, and Gmail

Technical Requirements

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of experience in a similar role
• Empathetic and excellent communication skills in English
• Proficiency in CRM management
• Experience with Fiverr, Illustrator, Shopify, and Gmail
• Strong emphasis on graphic design
