We’re seeking a highly competent, results-driven Growth Marketing & Collections Specialist who brings a unique blend of digital marketing expertise, HubSpot CRM proficiency, and a foundational understanding of U.S. debt collections. The ideal candidate will be skilled at managing inbound and outbound marketing campaigns, optimizing SEO strategies, and driving qualified leads through well-built sales funnels—all while maintaining CRM hygiene and compliance awareness.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Marketing & SEO
- Develop and execute SEO-driven strategies to boost organic traffic and lead generation.
- Optimize website, blog posts, and landing pages for search engine visibility and conversion.
- Manage and refine ad campaigns (Google Ads, FB, LinkedIn, other social media), including retargeting initiatives.
- Collaborate on content planning and digital assets that support lead generation goals.
Inbound & Outbound Sales Support
- Respond to inbound inquiries through HubSpot and guide prospects through the buyer’s journey.
- Improve and maintain email automation, form logic, lead scoring, and nurturing workflows.
- Identify conversion bottlenecks and implement A/B testing strategies to improve results.
- Coordinate follow-up communication (email, SMS, phone) to drive engagement and close rates.
HubSpot CRM & Pipeline Management
- Build, maintain, and continuously improve marketing and sales pipelines within HubSpot.
- Ensure accurate contact segmentation, deal tracking, and reporting processes.
- Create insightful dashboards and reports that measure campaign and sales effectiveness.
- Support data hygiene practices and enforce consistent usage of CRM fields and properties.
- 2+ years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on SEO and inbound methodology. ( Hubspot Marketing must have) Collections. 2-3 exp. Remote 8 – 6 am CST.
- Proficiency with HubSpot Marketing and Sales Hubs is a must (certifications are a strong plus).
- Understanding of the U.S. collections, finance and communications industries (FDCPA, CFPB, FCC, etc…). (Plus)
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Experience with outbound sales tactics or support in a digital or financial services setting.
- Strong analytical mindset and comfort working with KPIs and performance metrics.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a remote, fast-paced environment.
