Creative Resource Manager

Are you passionate about bringing creative ideas to life through project execution and thrive in a fast-paced environment where collaboration and organization drive success? We’re looking for a Creative Resource Manager to join our internal Creative team and manage design projects from intake to final delivery, ensuring completion on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards! In this role, you'll serve as a key liaison between internal stakeholders while also managing relationships with external agencies as needed. The ability to foster alignment, streamline workflows, and uphold brand standards will be critical to success.

• Manage the end-to-end execution of creative projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with brand and quality standards.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders and external agencies, managing project timelines, budgets, and statements of work.
• Facilitate clear communication between internal clients, designers, and external partners to drive project success.
• Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing strategy directors, marketing managers, project managers, and creative leaderships to develop project briefs, timelines, and resource plans.
• Lead project kickoff meetings and ensure alignment from the start.
• Maintain up-to-date project details within Workfront, our work management system.
• Work closely with the Creative Resource Management team to drive consistency and excellence in execution.

• 3+ years of experience in creative project management within a corporate or agency setting.
• Understanding of creative resourcing models and best practices.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a deadline-driven environment.
• Strong collaboration skills with the ability to engage diverse internal and external stakeholders.
• Exceptional communication skills—written, verbal, and interpersonal.
• Proven ability to drive value through proactive problem-solving and clear project management.
• Proficiency in Workfront, Airtable, and Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and a solutions-driven mindset.
