KAP 2025-2026 - Director of Development - Young Voices

About the Organization

Young Voices’ mission is to cultivate the next generation of thought leaders for liberty in policy, journalism, and academia. Founded in 2013, Young Voices serves as a copy editor, agent, and mentor to a roster of 100+ pro-liberty communicators through our cornerstone Contributor Program every year. Young Voices achieves a level of media output that surpasses organizations several times our size, placing 150+ media hits per month in print, radio, and TV. Our writers (whom we call “contributors”) make the principled case for liberty in mainstream and evolving media to millions of persuadable readers. Young Voices is also the host organization for the Dissident Project, a speakers bureau for U.S. immigrants who escaped tyranny to tell their stories before high school classrooms across the country. This past school year, Dissident held 50+ talks before 10,000+ students.
