Senior Manager of Conferencing and Event Technology

Our IT – Infrastructure team plays a key role in ensuring that technology supports the services required and to provide exceptional customer experiences. The Sr. Manager of Conferencing and Event Technology will be an integral part of the IT Infrastructure department, specifically supporting our Conference and Event Technology Service Line. This role will collaborate closely with our world-class Event team and internal IT teams to deliver seamless and impactful conferencing and event experiences.
As the Senior Manager of Conferencing and Event Technology, you will serve as the subject matter expert, leading strategies to identify, create, and implement innovative solutions for meeting and event technologies. Your goal will be to optimize these technologies to enhance the attendee experience and elevate event planner satisfaction. This role will drive exceptional strategic and operational outcomes by leveraging their extensive experience in selecting and deploying technologies that meet needs, ensuring consistent and high-quality experiences, and by leading a motivated, high-performing team.
