The E-Commerce Customer Excellence Specialist (ECCES) is the primary point of contact for customers of our online store, ensuring a positive shopping experience by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing assistance throughout the purchasing process. This role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service to enhance satisfaction, build loyalty, and support the overall success of the e-shop.
