The Engagement Manager at CredLens will play a pivotal role in executing CredLens’ sales strategy, driving revenue growth across key customer segments and expanding market reach through strategic, high-touch prospecting and outreach. This role will focus on identifying and securing new business opportunities, optimizing sales operations, and managing CredLens’ go-to-market tech stack. The Engagement Manager will also be responsible for effectively communicating CredLens’ value proposition to decision-makers at credential issuing bodies, higher education institutions, state agencies, funding organizations, and more. Additionally, they will work cross collaboratively with CredLens’ product, engineering, and communications teams to align sales efforts with market needs. During a time of rapid growth and scale, the Engagement Manager will play a pivotal role in expanding CredLens’ market reach and positioning it as the premier outcomes data solution for non-degree credentials.
CredLens is a national data trust focused on verified outcomes insights for non-degree credentials. CredLens is the newest affiliate of Strada Education Foundation, launched in 2024 and backed by several key philanthropic funders in the space. We’re laser-focused on helping credential issuers, funders, policymakers, and more address the critical data gaps that prevent them from fully marketing and scaling their impact. CredLens is actively delivering outcomes insights to its stakeholders via enterprise-grade dashboards and visualizations and is the best-in-class solution to power ongoing research for industry-based, professional, and workforce credentials.

Travel Requirements
This role will involve very light domestic travel for conferences and client meetings.
