In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and driving growth for our creative agency. You will also collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored solutions that meet client expectations and drive satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and emerging business opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients while prospecting for new opportunities.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns that generate leads.
  • Assist in the negotiation process and close sales with clients.
  • Track and report on sales metrics and performance against targets.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify areas for growth.
  • Participate in networking events and industry conferences to represent Tajalla and build relationships.
  • Support senior management in strategic planning and business development initiatives.
  • Utilize CRM tools to manage client relationships effectively.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a business development or sales role, preferably in the creative industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Self-motivated with a strong drive for results.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects.
