POSITION OVERVIEW:

Stream Data Centers (SDC) is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Analyst to join our Strategy & Investments Team. This team plays a critical role in advising Stream leadership on firm and investment strategies while ensuring optimal capitalization of business and investment activities. RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Sophisticated financial modeling to analyze all manner of transactions, including acquisitions, development, dispositions, financings, and leases
• Review and synthesize financial statements, contracts, environmental, structural, financings, survey and title review
• Underwriting and conducting tenant credit analysis, profit and loss analysis, closing statement preparation, and physical assets due diligence
• Assist in preparing investment memos detailing a recommended course of action/business plan for potential and existing investment opportunities
• Assist in the preparation of investor presentations and reporting
• Assist in financing due diligence and post close administration
• Conduct regular market research to aid in investment theses or strategic decision making
• Special projects

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree with distinguished level of achievement
• 2-4 years of relevant investment experience
• Advanced excel and financial modeling skills
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Attention to detail and strong math and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Strong communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Individual compensation packages are based on various factors unique to each candidate, including skill set, experience, qualifications, location, and other job-related reasons.
