Substance is excited to announce an opportunity for aspiring professionals to join our clients sales team as B2B Tech Sales Representatives at both junior and mid-level positions. In this role, you will be integral to driving growth in our B2B sales efforts, engaging with clients to provide innovative technology solutions tailored to their business needs. This position is perfect for individuals passionate about tech and eager to develop their careers in sales.

As a B2B Tech Sales Representative, you will collaborate with our sales team to identify prospects, build relationships, and manage the sales process from lead generation to closing deals. Your ability to effectively communicate and understand clients' needs will be essential in delivering exceptional service and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities through research, networking, and outreach efforts.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, including prospecting, pitching, negotiating, and closing sales.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with client accounts and understand their technology needs.
  • Collaborate with marketing to develop effective sales strategies and promotional materials.
  • Provide insights and feedback on market trends and customer preferences to enhance our offerings.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to key stakeholders.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • 1-5years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in technology or software.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage clients.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and increasing revenue.
  • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and a passion for sales.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and the sales process.
  • Ability to understand and articulate technical concepts to non-technical customers.
  • Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required.
