We are seeking dynamic and results-driven Account Executives to represent our growing healthcare organization. As an Account Executive, you will be the primary liaison between hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, and the families transitioning out of these facilities. Your role will be instrumental in driving lead generation, cultivating relationships, and ultimately helping families find the care they need.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals, patients, and families to facilitate smooth transitions from hospitals and skilled nursing facilities to senior care communities or home care services.
- Consistently achieve target quotas by generating high-quality patient referrals within assigned territories.
- Develop, manage, and expand a book of accounts to increase referral volume and business growth.
- Identify and engage key decision-makers through networking, cold calls, and service presentations.
- Follow up on discharge outcomes to reinforce the value of the company’s services.
- Educate families on available care options and guide them through the transition process with the support of a Healthcare Senior Living Advisor.
- Partner with Healthcare Senior Living Advisors to ensure successful placement and service satisfaction.
- Implement and provide feedback on new initiatives, tools, and processes to enhance effectiveness.
Additional Information:
- Schedule: This is a field-based position requiring daily travel within your assigned territory.
- Field Activities: Weekly planning in collaboration with your Regional Director, including scheduled presentations, sales calls, and impromptu visits with case managers, discharge planners, doctors, and patients.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of three years of outside sales experience as an individual contributor.
- Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in exceeding sales quotas and collaborating with teams.
- Presentation & Objection Handling: Strong ability to present to target customers and effectively overcome objections.
- Adaptability & Initiative: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment with a hands-on approach to problem-solving.
- Competitive & Goal-Oriented: A strong drive to achieve and continuously improve.
- Travel Requirement: Ability to travel locally within assigned territory five days a week.
- Technical Proficiency: Experience with Microsoft Office, Google Sheets, and CRM tools (Salesforce preferred).
- Healthcare Sales Experience: Prior experience in healthcare or hospital sales is highly preferred.
