As a Media Partnerships & PR Content Coordinator, you will play a key role in building media relationships and crafting high-quality content to drive client success. You will identify and secure media partnerships while also producing compelling, SEO-optimized content that aligns with leading media outlets.

Key Responsibilities

• Research, establish, and maintain media partnerships that enhance PR Volt’s offerings.
• Develop and manage a database of media contacts, ensuring strategic alignment with client goals.
• Write, edit, and optimize engaging content across various topics, ensuring alignment with media outlet styles.
• Utilize AI tools and SEO best practices to enhance content performance.
• Collaborate with internal teams to maximize partnership impact and content effectiveness.
• Stay ahead of industry trends to uncover new media opportunities.

• 2+ years of experience in PR, media relations, communications, or content writing.
• Strong relationship-building, research, and storytelling skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects asynchronously in a fast-paced environment.
• Tech-savvy, with experience using tools like Airtable, Google Sheets, Asana, and AI writing tools.
• Availability to overlap with morning US Eastern Time work hours.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in media partnerships, business development, or journalism.
• Familiarity with PR, marketing, and US media outlets.
• Content writing experience, including SEO knowledge and AI-assisted writing.
