Marketing / Growth Assistant

Our client is seeking a highly organized and self-motivated Marketing Generalist to support the COO in executing a variety of marketing tasks. In this role, you will assist with day-to-day operations across marketing operations, ad platform execution, and creative coordination. You’ll work closely with an experienced marketing professional to gain hands-on experience while contributing to the successful marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Campaign Assistance: Support the execution of multi-channel marketing initiatives by completing assigned tasks and ensuring timely delivery.
• Ad Platform Support: Assist with setting up, monitoring, and adjusting ads across platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads) as directed.
• Marketing Operations: Help maintain and streamline daily marketing processes and workflows.
• Creative Coordination: Collaborate with creative teams to produce marketing materials that meet quality standards and brand guidelines.
• Data Assistance: Gather and organize campaign performance data to support ongoing optimization efforts.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with various internal teams to ensure alignment and support for overall business objectives.
• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve workflows and contribute suggestions for operational enhancements.

• Experience: Practical experience with multiple digital ad platforms and basic digital marketing tasks.
• Organization: Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Self-Motivation: A proactive, self-starting attitude with a strong willingness to learn.
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
