Marketing Operations Specialist

Join Colliers as a Marketing Operations Specialist and support the marketing operations of our commercial real estate services. This position focuses on HubSpot administration, workflow management, Google analytics and more. You’ll work closely with teams to streamline processes and enhance efficiency across marketing and sales pipelines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • HubSpot Administration & Workflows: Oversee HubSpot administration, including workflows, data integrity, and CRM functionality.
  • Account Administration: Manage user access, permissions, and integration within HubSpot and other marketing platforms.
  • Brokerage Pipeline Support: Ensure data consistency and drive engagement through automation tools and workflows.
  • Email Marketing & List Management: Create and distribute campaigns, manage lists, and define segmentation. Collaborate with other marketing team members on campaign strategies and execution.
  • Dashboard Build Outs: Develop and manage dashboards to track marketing and operational metrics.
  • Google Analytics & Google My Business: Manage and optimize Google Analytics for existing and new property websites and Google My Business listings to increase visibility for Colliers' services.
  • Meta Business Suite: Set up and manage Meta Business Suite for Colliers and properties the team represents. Ensure appropriate access is provided for teams to post on the appropriate channels.
  • Real Estate Focus: Support marketing operations with a focus on real estate, assisting in presentations, research, and strategies.
  • Cross Department Collaboration: Work with marketing, research, and brokerage teams to align goals.
  • Technology Research: Stay current on marketing and CRM technologies.
  • Experience: 2+ years of marketing and operations experience, with CRM experience (preferably HubSpot, but general CRM experience will be considered).
  • Education: BA/BS degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or related field.
  • Skills:
    • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote).
    • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
    • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize.
    • Knowledge of Google Ads and Google My Business in commercial real estate.
    • Experience with HubSpot CRM, or other CRM, including workflows, list management, and account administration.
  • Preferred but not required:
    • Experience in commercial real estate marketing is a plus.
    • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat).
