Senior Manager, Community Management

ROLE

The Senior Manager Community Management is a vital role responsible for building and nurturing relationships with our company's key stakeholders within the community. This individual will develop and implement strategies to foster positive engagement, increase brand awareness, and promote goodwill towards the company. The ideal candidate will be a skilled communicator, relationship builder, and possess a passion for community involvement.

Traditional agency experience is not required, but it’s a plus. What matters is your deep understanding of what resonates with social audiences. This role is energetic, innovative and forward-thinking. Alongside engaging with communities, you’ll guide brands by staying ahead of social trends and cultural moments. In return, you’ll join a global agency dedicated to generating buzzworthy ideas for some of the world’s leading brands. 

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Able to provide an opinion on the latest changes in the CM landscape and relay the significance of any changes to the client team.
  • Able to visualize thinking and ideas compellingly and appropriately for a presentation.
  • Present social trends and cultural moments specific to the YouTube platform itself
  • Able to visualize thinking and ideas compellingly and appropriately for a presentation.
  • Take on mentorship roles, necessitating strong interpersonal skills and the ability to provide constructive feedback.
  • Participate in relevant new business pitches and RFPS

REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS ROLE

  • A proactive leader who can execute excellence across deliverables, but also to develop a forward thinking vision for CM deliverables on your account beyond the day-to-day work.
  • Strong writing skills, crafting bespoke comment copy that resonates with target audiences and is able to flex across various client TOVs.
  • Ability to tap into various fandoms and uncover language and conversation specific to those communities - even if personal knowledge is minimal
  • Ability to tap into and present new areas of opportunity as social platforms evolve
