AECOM is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to assist in the marketing efforts for the Regional Transportation Commission’s Club Ride program. Club Ride works with the business community, regional stakeholders and residents to reduce traffic congestion and travel emissions in Southern Nevada. The program provides education, services and promotions that encourage the use of transit, active transportation, carpooling and vanpooling as a means to improve quality of life in the community.   

AECOM is responsible for the comprehensive management of Club Ride. This includes an outreach team responsible for developing community relationships and maintaining a network of employer and community partners that implement commute options programs. It also includes the oversight of a multi-disciplinary team of subconsultants that fulfill regional marketing and communications along with specialized strategies to expand the program’s reach and impact.

Additional Job Details:

The Marketing Coordinator will provide essential support to the Marketing Manager by assisting with the execution of Club Ride’s strategic marketing initiatives. Following the program’s 2025 strategic plan and branding refresh, this role will help maintain consistent messaging, brand awareness, and audience engagement through various marketing channels.

This position will help streamline daily marketing operations, allowing the Marketing Manager to focus on campaign strategies, partnerships, and to effectively execute the strategic plan. The Marketing Coordinator plays a key role in maintaining a strong and dynamic brand presence while supporting the overall mission of Club Ride.

The responsibilities of this role include, but may not be limited to, the following:

• Copywriting & Content Development: Draft newsletters, RTC blog posts, and marketing materials to ensure consistent, engaging communication.
• Social Media Support: Develop creative prompts to assist with social media subconsultant in executing content.
• Basic Graphic Design: Create quick-turnaround visuals for marketing campaigns, events, and promotional materials.
• Visual Content Creation: Capture, edit, and distribute photos and videos to enhance Club Ride’s presence across digital and social media platforms.
• Event & Campaign Coordination: Assist in planning and executing annual events and modal promotions to engage and grow the Club Ride community.

Minimum Requirements

• BA/BS degree plus 2 years of recent, relevant experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education
• Experience using MS Office, Adobe Suite, required
• Experience with traditional and social media platforms and knowledge of related performance measures
• Demonstrated experience in communications or similar role
• Demonstrated written communication skills (sample may be requested)
• Experience developing and executing promotional campaigns that increase awareness and participation
• Valid US Driver’s License is required for this position. As a condition of employment, selected candidate must pass AECOM's Motor Vehicle Records review

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field is helpful
• 3 years of recent, relevant experience is preferred
• Experience coordinating and executing large business/community events

• The work schedule for this role is 4, 10-hour days, per week, in the office
• Sponsorship is not available for this role
• Relocation support is not available for this role
