Email Marketing Specialist for DTC Company (US-Based, Remote)

The client is r a highly responsive and detail-oriented Klaviyo Email Marketing Specialist to join our team. You will work closely with our designer and copywriter to manage feedback, push projects forward, and ensure our email campaigns are executed flawlessly. While this role is not strategic, we expect you to be knowledgeable about the email marketing space and contribute to lifecycle conversations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and execute email campaigns in Klaviyo, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery.
• Collaborate with designers and copywriters to implement feedback and refine email content.
• Manage campaign testing, segmentation, and performance tracking to optimize results.
• Troubleshoot any issues related to Klaviyo email builds and workflows.
• Maintain strong communication with the team to ensure seamless execution of email marketing efforts.
• Stay updated on best practices and trends in DTC email marketing.

• Proven experience with Klaviyo, specifically in building and managing email campaigns.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow through on projects.
• Highly responsive and proactive with excellent time management skills.
• Strong communication skills to work effectively with designers, copywriters, and other team members.
• Ability to contribute insights and opinions on lifecycle marketing.
• Experience in the DTC/eCommerce space is a plus.
