About the Role

We’re seeking a motivated Information Management Coordinator to join our team, providing essential support and guidance to help manage and organise digital information effectively. Whether you’re a recent graduate or bringing years of experience, this role offers hands-on learning opportunities, exposure to a variety of tasks, and a clear pathway for professional growth.

As an Information Management Coordinator, you will:

  • Provide support and guidance across functions and assets to ensure business information is stored securely and is easily accessible in SharePoint, Teams, and Network Drives.
  • Respond to tickets in ServiceNow and assist users with information management queries.
  • Assist with data migrations using ShareGate and implement changes such as folder creation, permission updates, and document organisation.
  • Work closely with business users to understand their needs, document requirements, and offer practical solutions.
  • Provide ad-hoc coaching and training to users to encourage adoption of best practices.
  • Help maintain and document changes within the information management environment, ensuring compliance with company policies and security controls.
  • Collaborate with IT teams, including Infrastructure, Service Desk, Applications, and Security, to support business needs.
  • A keen interest in Information Management and digital tools.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365, including SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate with stakeholders at different levels.
  • A proactive approach to learning and adapting to new challenges.

Desirable Skills:

  • Some experience with ShareGate for data migrations would be beneficial, however full training will be provided.
  • Knowledge of ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems.
  • An understanding of document management principles and best practices.
