Performance Marketing Lead

Syarah is on a mission to change how people buy their cars in Saudi and. We offer buyers an end-to-end digital car buying experience where they can buy their next car from the comfort of their living rooms. Under the hood, we build systems to manage sourcing of cars, inspection, photography, merchandising, reconditioning, financing, insurance, shipping and many more. Our goal is to turn car buying into an experience of delight, comfort and peace of mind.

We are on the lookout for ambitious, competitive, growth-minded professionals to help us continue to harness technology to delight our customers and achieve our ambitious growth objectives in the auto sector.

The Performance Marketing Lead will oversee Syarah’s digital performance marketing efforts, focusing on maximizing ROI across paid channels, generating qualified leads, increasing app installs, and effectively scaling both user acquisition and retargeting strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and own the performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, and other relevant platforms.
  • Manage and mentor the paid media team to deliver against KPIs (CPL, ROAS, CPO, conversions).
  • Collaborate with product, analytics, and Martech teams to ensure accurate tracking, attribution, and funnel optimization.
  • Build media plans aligned with monthly and quarterly targets; manage multi-million SAR budgets effectively.
  • Continuously test and optimize ad creatives, bidding strategies, and audience segments.
  • Report weekly/monthly performance results to marketing leadership, with actionable insights and recommendations.

  • 5+ years in digital marketing with a strong background in paid performance channels.
  • Hands-on experience managing campaigns in Google Ads, Meta, Snapchat, and TikTok.
  • Proficient in Google Analytics, attribution tools (e.g., Adjust), Mixpannel, Looker Studio, and campaign dashboards.
  • Proficiency in using AI and building AI agents is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Fluent in Arabic
  • Automotive, e-commerce, or marketplace industry experience is a plus.
  • The vacancy can be either on-site in Jordan or remote from outside the country.
