We are seeking a talented Business Analyst / Project Manager to join our team and work on Front Office IT projects. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Market Connectivity and strong organizational and project management skills.

Role and responsibilities

• Analyze and Enhance Systems: Study existing trading system capabilities and design new functionalities.
• Develop Technical Documentation: Create workflow diagrams, data flow diagrams, traceability matrix, and system specifications.
• Gather and Define Requirements: Identify system input, processing, and output needs, ensuring effective system controls.
• Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with engineers, algo developers, and traders to align system enhancements with business needs.
• Design Market Connectivity Solutions: Implement cutting-edge market connectivity systems.
• Ensure Compliance: Maintain order management processes in line with best execution practices.
• Project Management: Track KPIs, plan and coordinate projects, and lead operational and steering committee meetings.

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, Finance or Quantitative finance
• Strong financial background related to capital markets, payment systems and trust accounting.
• Subject matter expert in business with knowledge or experience utilizing application/system being supported.
• Experience with client and market connectivity products, trading execution solutions, and application development platforms.
• Strong understanding of investment management operations and business terminology.
• Ability to resolve issues, recommend, and implement system solutions.
• Skilled in driving project milestones, coordinating between teams, and providing leadership/mentorship.
• Excellent verbal/written communication, presentation, organizational, and time management skills.
• Python scripting experience a plus
• FIX & Binary Connectivity Protocol knowledge a plus
• Proficiency in network protocols such as TCP & multicast

The salary range for this role is US$90,000 - US$150,000
