We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Client Relations Specialist (CRS) to join our team. The CRS will be responsible for managing client accounts, extracting and analyzing data, and ensuring seamless communication between the organization and its clients. This role requires strong communication skills, proficiency in various software tools, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Communicate effectively with clients both verbally and in writing.
  • Utilize and work proficiently within various software programs, including Excel, Word, CUBS, Outlook, Smartcapture, and KUTools.
  • Extract and manipulate data using Excel and other tools as required.
  • Review debtor accounts and collaborate with clients to fulfill requests, such as providing documentation, reviewing disputes, and following up for responses.
  • Learn and navigate client portals efficiently.
  • Follow directions accurately and maintain attention to detail in all tasks.


Possible Tasks:

  • Capture and manually upload large quantities of documents into the system.
  • Notate the CUBS system and return accounts to the collection staff as directed by the support desk (SB).
  • Perform data entry for new cases as needed.
  • Access various client portals to retrieve necessary data and capture it in the CUBS system.
  • Produce and deliver reports in Excel for management and client review.
  • Proven Client Relations experience
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook; experience with CUBS, Smartcapture, and KUTools is a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to extract, analyze, and manipulate data effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
  • Capable of learning new client portals and systems quickly.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in data entry and managing large volumes of documentation.
  • Familiarity with collections or account management processes.
