Key Responsibilities
- Data Research & Prospecting: Conduct detailed internet research to build high-quality contact lists, including company names, websites, industries, decision-makers, emails, and phone numbers.
- Email Verification & List Accuracy: Ensure email lists are accurate and valid by verifying and updating bounced or incorrect emails using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Cold Calling Assistance: Make occasional calls to gather company details or confirm contact information as needed.
- Market & Industry Research: Identify trends, competitors, and potential leads within target sectors, such as schools, childcare centres, and builders.
- Collaborative Support: Work closely with the internal sales and marketing teams to piece together comprehensive contact networks and lists.
- Database Management: Organise and maintain prospect data in CRM tools like Pipedrive and Active Campaign, ensuring all records are up-to-date and actionable.
Performance Objectives
- Deliver accurate and detailed call and email lists for business development managers and email campaigns.
- Proactively identify and research new leads and markets to support sales initiatives.
- Meet deadlines for data preparation and accuracy to ensure smooth outreach processes.
What We Are Looking For
- Experience: 2–3 years in a similar role, preferably in lead generation or data research.
- Skills: Proficient in LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Pipedrive, Active Campaign, Hubspot, and Microsoft Excel. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.
- Personal Attributes: A self-starter with strong initiative and attention to detail. You should thrive in a collaborative environment but also excel at working independently.
- Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with tools for email verification and research is a plus.
- Adaptability: Enthusiastic, solution-oriented, and able to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
