Job Responsibilities:
Sourcing & Talent Acquisition:
- Actively search for candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, and other professional networks.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of talent through proactive engagement and networking.
- Utilize innovative sourcing strategies to identify top professionals.
Screening & Interviewing:
- Conduct intake interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and career aspirations.
- Evaluate resumes and match candidates to suitable job opportunities.
- Manage and guide candidates through the selection process.
Relationship & Stakeholder Management:
- Build long-term relationships with candidates and clients to ensure a positive recruitment experience.
- Act as a trusted advisor for both candidates and hiring managers.
- Provide consultation on hiring strategies and candidate market trends.
Recruitment Process & Coordination:
- Oversee the entire recruitment process, including onboarding and placement.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and organizational needs.
- Ensure a seamless recruitment process, from job posting to candidate placement.
Market Analysis & Strategy:
- Monitor market trends in various industries, including IT, digital marketing, and technical sectors.
- Analyze labor market dynamics to optimize recruitment strategies.
- Provide data-driven insights to improve hiring efficiency.
Negotiation & Offer Management:
- Discuss employment terms and negotiate job offers with candidates and clients.
- Guide candidates through salary expectations and benefits discussions.
- Ensure smooth contract agreements between all parties.
Employer Branding & Marketing:
- Develop and publish engaging job advertisements.
- Represent the company as an attractive employer through recruitment campaigns and branding efforts.
- Enhance the organization's talent attraction strategy.
Process Improvement & Collaboration:
- Suggest improvements to recruitment workflows and processes.
- Work closely with consultants, hiring managers, and team members to achieve recruitment goals.
- Leverage technology and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) for streamlined hiring.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Language: Dutch native/fluent (required)
- Experience: 1-5 years of relevant recruitment experience
- Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Skills: Strong communication, proactive approach, and understanding of recruitment strategies
- Industry Expertise: Experience in IT, digital marketing, financial, or technical recruitment (preferred)
